trees along the beautiful Guadalupe river. The trees provide a great deal of
shade for the yard. About 3 miles from the Bandit Golf course. About 12 miles to the
famous Schlitterbahn water park in New Braunfels, Texas. About 14 miles from
Gruene, Texas the best live Country and Western music available anywhere in the
Austin-San Antonio corridor. Gruene is also famous for it wineries, Texas
"Shiner" beer, shops, stores and great restaurants, such as the Gristmill and
the live entertainment in the restaurants, bicycling on River road and tubing down the
Guadalupe. 30 miles from the San Antonio River Walk, 40 miles from Austin,
